We've reached out to developer Sector D2 to clarify Project Wingman's achievement situation as it could be a mistake and the achievement list just isn't live yet. Over on Steam, Project Wingman does support Steam Achievements, so it seems a little strange that we don't have an Xbox list, despite the game being live on consoles for over 12 hours now. Other than OG Xbox games, and some Game Preview titles that join the service, we can't think of any other titles in Game Pass for console that don't support achievements. On Project Wingman's Microsoft Store page, Xbox achievements aren't listed under the game's Capabilities heading. However, despite the game making the jump over to Game Pass for console, it doesn't appear to have an achievement list. Now, without any prior announcement, console Game Pass subscribers can get in on the dogfighting action. Project Wingman was added to the Xbox Game Pass for PC library back in July but at the time didn't come to the console service. Strangely, it doesn't look like Project Wingman supports achievements, which is a bit odd for a consoles Game Pass title. Original story: Xbox Game Pass has seen several titles added to the service today, but one we didn't see coming was Project Wingman, which is now available through Game Pass on consoles. Your other option is to take a maneuverable aircraft lift the MG.29 and actually duke it out inside the ball of mayhem, taking MLAA and SAA shots whenever you can.

Then when you pass through the carnage, turn around and just do it all over again. If you choose a fast plane like the F/D-14 or MG.31, you can load up on MLAAs and perform high-speed “jousting” maneuvers, flying through the furball and launching waves of MLAAs at whatever targets you get a lock on.
